The Group is a full-service Cantonese restaurant group operating Cantonese restaurants under four brands. Our restaurant focuses on providing customers with quality food and service and a comfortable dining environment. Over the years, our restaurants have spread all over Hong Kong and expanded to Shanghai and Macau. At the same time, we have also diversified our business and revenue streams through continuous development of multiple brands with different dining experiences and target customers. We have received several awards and certifications, including the Kwun Tong branch being included in the “Michelin Guide — Hong Kong · Macau” in 2016 and 2017, and we are also the winners of many “The Greatest Food Awards” organized by the Hong Kong Tourism Board. The directors believe that brand awareness, along with quality cuisine and service, is the key to the Group's successful operation. The Group's restaurants operate under four private brands (namely “Dragon King”, “Dragon Seal”, “Imperial Seal” and “Dragon Feast”). As of the last practical date, the Group operated nine full-service Cantonese restaurants, including (i) five “Dragon King” brand restaurants, one “Dragon Sea” brand restaurant and one “Dragon Feast” brand restaurant; (ii) a “Royal Sea” brand restaurant in Shanghai; and (iii) a “Dragon King” brand restaurant in Macau. All of our restaurants are strategically located in premium commercial locations, residential areas, or shopping complexes. We plan to open more restaurants in prime locations in Hong Kong with uninterrupted and stable potential traffic and well-developed transportation networks.
