We are a Hong Kong restaurant management and management group that offers a variety of specialty cuisines in restaurants designed by award-winning interior and lighting designers. We operate as a full-service restaurant under different brand names and are committed to providing high quality Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese and Shanghainese cuisines to diverse customer groups. At the last practical date, we operated nine restaurants in shopping malls and commercial properties in Causeway Bay, Tsim Sha Tsui, Taikoo Shing, Kowloon Tong and Yuen Long under four own brands (namely, Bamboo Sushi, Annan (including its sub-brand, Annan Xiao Guan), Shanghai and Beihai Don) and two franchise brands (namely Mango Tree Café, which includes its sub-brands Mango Tree Café) and Quan Bai. In addition to our restaurant business, we also provide restaurant management and consulting services in Hong Kong and mainland China.
