Gelonghui, March 21丨TOPSTANDARDCORP (08510.HK) announced that the Board of Directors expects to record a net loss of no less than 14 million Hong Kong dollars in the fiscal year 2024, while during the same period in 2023, there was a net profit of approximately 4 million Hong Kong dollars. The Board of Directors believes that the change in profit and loss situation is mainly due to the one-time gain of approximately 13.4 million Hong Kong dollars recognized from the cancellation of the consolidation of a subsidiary for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2023, and an impairment loss of no less than 9 million Hong Kong dollars for properties, equipment, and right-of-use assets for the fiscal year 2024.
