Min Fu Intl (08511) announced that on August 13, 2024 (after the trading period of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange), the company entered into a placement agreement with the placement agent. Pursuant to the agreement, the company conditionally agreed to place up to 0.144 billion placement shares to no less than six placees through the placement agent at a placing price of HKD 0.024 per placing share, representing a discount of about 14.29% to the closing market price per share of HKD 0.028 as quoted on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on the date of the placement agreement. The announcement stated that the estimated maximum net proceeds from the placement would be approximately HKD 3.2 million, equivalent to a net issue price of approximately HKD 0 per placing share.
