We are a Hong Kong toy company that designs, markets, distributes and retails toys and related products. Our product portfolio during our track record includes (i) various expensive and popular models based on popular ACG characters owned by third parties and (ii) other related products such as ballpoint pens and hair rings. The Group's revenue comes from the sale of (i) ODM toys manufactured in accordance with the specific requirements and regulations of customers, (ii) imported toys purchased by overseas licensors, and (iii) the development of its own licensed toys based on licenses obtained by various licensors of American entertainment and toy brands. Our ACG figure toys are aimed at adult consumers and can usually be placed in different positions and gestures with movable joints and accessories. We have sold 31 and 27 main series toys to customers in fiscal year 2016 and fiscal year 2017 respectively. According to the Frost & Sullivan report, based on overall industry revenue in 2016, we ranked fifth among Hong Kong animation game model toy ODM service providers.
