We are a Hong Kong toy company engaged in the design, marketing, distribution and retail of toys and related products. Our product portfolio during the performance period includes (i) various expensive and popular models based on popular ACG characters owned by third parties, and (ii) other related products, such as ballpoint pens and hair bands. The Group derives its revenue from the sale of (i) ODM toys manufactured in accordance with customer specific requirements and regulations, (ii) imported toys purchased by foreign licensees, and (iii) the development of its own licensed toys under concessions obtained by various licensors of American entertainment and toy brands. Our ACG figure toys are aimed at adult consumers, and they can usually be placed in different positions and gestures and are movable joints and accessories. We have sold 31 and 27 main series toys to customers in FY2016 and FY2017 respectively. According to the Frost & Sullivan report, we ranked fifth among Hong Kong animation game model toy ODM service providers in terms of overall industry revenue in 2016.
