We are mainly engaged in three types of business, namely (i) sales of furniture and home accessories; (ii) leasing of furniture and home accessories; and (iii) commercial solutions, generally involving the design, decoration and furnishing of commercial or residential properties such as hotels, serviced apartments and model houses. As far as the furniture and home accessories sales business is concerned, customers are generally ordinary people, real estate developers, interior designers and corporate customers. In the case of the leasing business, customers include individuals, property developers, multinational companies that move employees to the locations where we operate, and financial institutions. As far as commercial solutions are concerned, we mainly provide services to real estate developers, general enterprises and hotel management companies, serviced apartments or hotel operators.
