Established in 1998, we are currently a long-standing IT service provider in Hong Kong. Our business portfolio includes providing IT solutions, software and hardware, and maintenance and support services, and we have around 18 years of experience in the IT consulting services industry. The Group is mainly engaged in the following businesses: - (i) IT infrastructure solution services: We assess our clients' needs and existing IT infrastructure and provide them with IT infrastructure solution services by recommending the hardware and/or software required for their IT systems, procuring software and hardware (such as servers, storage systems, security systems, network equipment, application servers, email systems and related database management systems) from multiple authorized distributors or third party vendors, and integrating such software and hardware into our customers' IT systems. The provision of IT infrastructure solution services was our main source of revenue during the record period. (ii) IT Development Solution Services: The IT development solution services we provide usually include system analysis and design, software development and technical consulting. We provide IT development solution services on a project basis. (iii) IT maintenance and support services: After we complete the provision of the above IT services, we may be appointed by clients to provide ongoing maintenance and support services under individual contracts. Some customers also hire us to provide maintenance and support services for software and hardware purchased or developed from third party vendors.
