We are a long-established textile manufacturer and printing and dyeing company in China, with over 15 years of experience in the textile industry. We develop polyester fabrics with different textures and functions, manufacture our products at our Huzhou production facility and sell them directly to our customers. In order to diversify our revenue sources, we also provide printing and dyeing services in China. For the year ended 31 December 2016, our fabric sales and the provision of printing and dyeing services accounted for approximately 86.3% and 13.7% of our total revenue respectively; the year ended 31 December 2017 accounted for approximately 70.0% and 30.0% of our total revenue respectively, and the five months ended May 31, 2018 accounted for approximately 63.2% and 36.8% of our total revenue respectively.
