The Company is mainly engaged in (i) providing leasing of crawler cranes, grinding machines, reverse circulation drilling rigs and hydraulic groove milling machines for construction projects mainly in Hong Kong, China and/or Macau, China; (ii) trading new or used crawler cranes, reverse circulation drills, double wheel slot milling machines, grinding machines and/or related parts to customers in Hong Kong, China, Macau and the Philippines; and (iii) providing transportation services and other services to transport machinery to and from the customer's designated construction site, such as arranging installation and maintenance of machinery for customers who rent our machines we Machinery suppliers sell construction machinery, etc. We have over 21 years of experience in the construction machinery business. Our directors believe that we have a good reputation and track record in the construction industry in Hong Kong, China, and that we can deliver services that satisfy our customers on time. We mainly procure new construction machinery for our machine leasing services through German, Korean and Austrian manufacturers or their affiliates in Hong Kong, China, while used construction machinery is purchased from local traders or overseas traders such as China, South Korea and Singapore. We also lease some construction machinery from other construction machinery service providers to sub-lease to our customers.
