We are an established merchant billing agency that provides a range of comprehensive payment processing services to merchants of all sizes frequented by Chinese tourists in Thailand. Since starting business in 2004, the Group has been adopting and configuring financial technology for our merchant billing business model, that is, we allow Thai merchants to process various cross-border electronic payment methods (including credit cards, debit cards, QR codes, NFC and other alternative payment technologies) used by consumers, obtain and transmit corresponding payment instructions to the issuing bank through point of sale terminals to obtain certification. Payment transactions with merchants will be processed only after approval. According to the Insight Consulting Report, the Group is one of the top three China UnionPay merchant billing agencies to provide payment processing services in Thailand, and in terms of transaction value, we ranked first in the China UnionPay merchant billing business in Thailand, with a market share of about 24.9% in 2017. We act as a bridge of communication and cooperation between partner payment network organizations, our merchants and consumers.
