Huakang Biomedical Holdings Co., Ltd. is a medical device group focusing on the development, production and sale of various in vitro diagnostic reagents in China. According to the Insight Consulting Report, in terms of procurement value of medical institutions, we ranked third among manufacturers of in-vitro diagnostic reagents for male infertility in China in 2017, accounting for 14.3% of the market share. We have developed a diverse product portfolio of in vitro diagnostic reagents for male infertility. In 2017, it was the largest number of products registered by the China Food and Drug Administration and the Provincial Food and Drug Administration among all manufacturers. One of our parasite series detection reagents is one of only two in vitro diagnostic reagents for hepatosomiasis produced and sold in China approved by the China Food and Drug Administration. (previously known as Shenzhen Moon Bay Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Nan Fung Biotechnology Co., Ltd.), a limited company established under Chinese law on June 26, 1992, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. Our portfolio of in vitro diagnostic reagents includes: (i) Male infertility in vitro diagnostic reagents (ii) A series of parasite detection reagents and (iii) Combinations of in vitro diagnostic reagents including EBV detection reagents. R&D capability is one of our main competitive advantages. In 2011, for the first time, we were recognized as a “National High-tech Enterprise” by relevant Chinese government agencies. We sell our products to hospitals and medical institutions in China through direct sales and our distributors. These hospitals and medical institutions use our products for clinical diagnostic tests.
