On July 31st, Geelong News reported that Ms Hou Yong has been appointed as the authorized representative of CBHB in Hong Kong to accept legal process documents and notices, in accordance with Rule 19A.13 of the Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and Section 16 of the Company Regulations (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), effective from July 31st, 2024, due to an internal job transfer, replacing Mr. Wang Haifeng.
