The Group's main operating subsidiary, Zengcheng Jintaifeng Fuel Co., Ltd., is located in Guangdong Province, China, and is mainly engaged in the wholesale business of oil products and other petrochemical products in China. Currently, our wholesale business is mainly based on three oil depots in Zengcheng, Panyu and Gaolan Port Economic Zones. All of our oil depots are located within the Pearl River Delta in Guangdong Province. Each oil depot stores and sells different kinds of oil products. The oil products we handle can be broadly divided into (i) fuel oil; (ii) refined oil products; and (iii) other petrochemical products. Our oil and petrochemical products are mainly used as fuel for ships, transport vehicles, machinery and equipment and gas stations, and raw materials for refineries. In order to meet the different needs and application requirements of customers, we also sell blended fuel oil according to customer specifications.
