We started as a division of SF Holdings Group and focused on seizing emerging business opportunities for instant delivery services in the same city. On June 21, 2019, the company was incorporated as a company limited by shares in China to achieve independent and corporatized operations to seize the growth opportunities brought about by new consumer trends. On December 14, 2021, the Company was listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. We (i) provide same-city delivery services to merchants and consumers and (ii) mainly provide last-mile delivery services for logistics companies. We have rapidly grown into the largest third-party instant delivery service platform in China. We use a full-scenario business model to cover all distribution scenarios for all kinds of products and services. Our services cover a wide range of services, from mature scenarios (such as food and beverage takeout) to incremental scenarios (such as retail in the same city, near-field e-commerce and near-field services), enabling us to respond to the development and upgrading of the local consumer market to meet changing customer needs. Thanks to our independence and inclusiveness, and our focus on serving customers of all types and sizes in the industry, we are able to provide a variety of delivery services to meet different budgets, delivery ranges, service times, and timelines.
