We are committed to marketing and operating online games (especially mobile games) in China. Online games developed by customers and marketed and operated by us are provided to players through the “Playful Games” brand. According to Frost & Sullivan, in terms of revenue, we are the fifth largest mobile game product distribution platform in China, accounting for 3.5% of the total market share in 2022. In 2022, the four major players in the Chinese mobile game market accounted for more than 60% of the total market share of the Chinese mobile game market. Furthermore, according to Frost & Sullivan's data, our “Playful Games” brand is an online game distribution brand widely recognized by Chinese players. Since our establishment, as of April 30, 2023, we have been marketing and operating 11 game products for more than 5 years and 28 game products for more than 3 years. Over the record period, we maintained an average of five years of business relationships with customers from the top five game developers. As of April 30, 2023, the game products we market and operate had a total of 418 million registered users. For the four months ended April 30, 2023, the average monthly active users (MAU) of the game products we market and operate reached 9.4 million. During the record period, the average monthly revenue (ARPPU) per paying user for all game products marketed and operated by us was RMB 411.1. In addition to gaming products, we also export our core competencies to enable marketing of online literature products.
