GHW Unit Gets Sole Distribution License for Optical Lenses in Jiangsu, Other Chinese Provinces

On December 10, GHW INTL (09933.HK) announced that on December 20, 2024, its subsidiary Nanjing Gegexiang Health Technology Co., Ltd. signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Guangzhou Ruien Optical Lens Co., Ltd. (Ruien). According to the distribution agreement, Ruien grants Nanjing Gegexiang an exclusive license to distribute a series of optical lens products of Ruien in Jiangsu Province, China from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025, with an option to extend for another three years. In addition, Nanjing Gegexiang has been granted a non-exclusive distribution of these products in provinces authorized by Ruien.

Gelonghui, on November 21, announced that ghw intl (09933.HK) has entered into a placement agreement with the placing agent. The company intends to place a maximum of 9.5 million shares at a price of 2.60 HKD per share, which represents 0.95% of the company's existing issued share capital; and approximately 0.94% after the enlargement of the issued share capital. The placement price of 2.60 HKD per share is a discount of about 12.75% compared to the closing price of 2.98 HKD per share reported on the Stock Exchange on November 21, 2024. The net proceeds are estimated to be approximately 24.34 million.
