November 13th, Golden Hong reported that Litian Pictures (09958.HK) announced that on November 13, 2024, the company signed a memorandum of understanding with Shanxi Ninglo Pharmaceutical Logistics Co., Ltd. ("Shanxi Ninglo"). According to the memorandum of understanding, Shanxi Ninglo plans to establish a joint venture company with the company and/or its subsidiaries, and Shanxi Ninglo will provide land resources and buildings to the joint venture company for the group to use as warehouses, support, and television and film production base for making television dramas and short films.
