Jianye New Life Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Jianye New Life” or the “Company”, together with its subsidiaries, collectively referred to as the “Group”, stock code: 9983.HK) was incorporated as an exempted limited company in the Cayman Islands on October 16, 2018, and listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited (“Stock Exchange”) on May 15, 2020 (the “Listing Date”). On April 19, 2021, Jianye New Life was included as a component stock in the Hang Seng Industry Service and Management Index. The Company is the largest property management service provider in the central region (the geographical area covering central China, including Henan, Hubei, Hunan, Jiangxi, Shanxi and Anhui) based on the total floor area under management as of June 30, 2024 (“floor area”) and total revenue for the six months ended June 30, 2024. We manage a diverse portfolio of properties, including residential, commercial, office buildings, fitness rooms, characteristic towns, pastoral complexes, schools, hospitals, parks, “three for one industry” projects, urban services, industrial parks, etc. Since 2021, we have been ranked 11th among the top 100 property service companies in China for 4 consecutive years. We focus on serving our customers to meet their diverse needs and diversifying the range of products and services within our coverage area: where they live, where they go, what kind of food they eat, and how to relax.
