Jianye New Life Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Jianye New Life” or the “Company”, together with its subsidiaries, collectively referred to as the “Group”, stock code: 9983.HK) was incorporated as an exempted limited company in the Cayman Islands on October 16, 2018, and listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited (“Stock Exchange”) on May 15, 2020 (the “Listing Date”). On April 19, 2021, Jianye New Life was included as a component stock in the Hang Seng Industry Service and Management Index. The Company is the largest property management service provider in the central region (the geographical area covering central China, including Henan, Hubei, Hunan, Jiangxi, Shanxi and Anhui) based on the total floor area under management as of June 30, 2024 (“floor area”) and total revenue for the six months ended June 30, 2024. Throughout our 30-year history, our business and operations have grown significantly. Our future is inseparable from the pursuit of a better life experience and lifestyle by the people of Henan. As of June 30, 2024, our property management and value-added services covered 18 prefecture-level cities in Henan Province and outside Henan Province (including Shanxi Province, Hebei Province, Hunan Province, Xinjiang and Hainan Province), and we served more than 2.6 million owners and residents of 1,105 properties. We manage a diverse portfolio of properties, including residential, commercial, office buildings, fitness rooms, characteristic towns, pastoral complexes, schools, hospitals, parks, “three for one industry” projects, urban services, industrial parks, etc. Since 2021, we have been ranked 11th among the top 100 property service companies in China for 4 consecutive years. We focus on serving our customers to meet their diverse needs and diversifying the range of products and services within our coverage area: where they live, where they go, what kind of food they eat, and how to relax. We believe that our competitive advantage lies in our extensive lifestyle service network, in-depth understanding of market needs, and data analysis capabilities. Through frequent interaction with customers, we have gained a deep understanding of their needs and preferences. Combined with our strong resource integration, online-to-offline collaboration and cross-selling capabilities, we can identify and deliver services and products that satisfy customers in our network, and continuously improve the services and products we provide to better meet customer needs. By providing such services, we are able to integrate a large amount of consumer data, so we can provide more customized services to our customers. The quality of our service has been praised over the years. According to the 2024 China Top 100 Property Service Companies research results published by the China Index Research Institute and the China Real Estate TOP10 Research Group, we were ranked in the “2024 China Top 100 Property Service Companies List TOP11”, “2024 China's Top 100 Property Service Enterprises in Service Scale Top 10”, and “2024 Top 5 Leading Companies in China's Top 100 Property Service Companies Growth”. Furthermore, according to the 2024 research results of China Real Estate Listed Companies published by the China Enterprise Evaluation Association, the Real Estate Research Institute of Tsinghua University, and the Beijing China Index Information Technology Research Institute, we won the “2024 Top 10 Comprehensive Strength of Listed Property Service Companies in China” and “2024 Outstanding Property Service Investment Value Companies Listed in China”.
