Furui released a research report stating that it maintains a 'buy' rating on Pop Mart (09992) with a target price adjustment from HKD 39.3 to HKD 47.4. The company's revenue and adjusted net income in the first half of the year increased by more than 55% and 90%, respectively, both far exceeding market expectations. The bank stated that it will upgrade the net profit forecast for Pop Mart from 2024 to 2026 by 35%, 26% and 21% respectively, and increase the sales forecast by 12%, 9% and 6%. The bank estimated that the management will update its targets for annual sales and midterm gross profit. As the second half of this year is the peak season for product launch, the bank expects the company's sales to grow by 5% in the second half of the year.
