It is possible, but there is still instability in the market, and there could be losses at any time. Don't be fooled by some stocks showing improvement; I have noticed that in just a few days they dropped again. Even if they go up, it won't be by much. I have been paying attention since the beginning of the month, and even if there is some improvement, most of it is just a pullback.

no straight answer. You can check using last financial year dividend divided by current share price or use the prospective dividend (usually from analyst reports) to check. I usually look at the average of the past 3 or 5 years to be conservatice
