CHINA COMM CONS (01800.HK): CCCI Treasure Limited has withdrawn the listing of its US dollar subordinated perpetual Bonds.
On December 19, it was announced by CHINA COMM CONS (01800.HK) that CCCI Treasure Limited (the "Issuer") issued a notice on November 18, 2024, informing bondholders of its intention to redeem all outstanding notes on December 19, 2024 (the "Redemption Date"). The Issuer has redeemed the total principal amount of 1 billion USD of all outstanding securities on the Redemption Date, along with the accrued but unpaid interest up to the Redemption Date (excluding that day).
