Market Snapshot
Singapore...
Was at a Kimly coffeeshop today when I noticed this new “self-service” sign as well as the conspicuous absence of the “kopi uncle/aunties”. Wondering if they have been made redundant already?
Coffee shop operator overall has stable earnings. The share price is trading at low valuation. Going by 15 x full year EPS, the share price should be worth between 40 cents and 42 cents. This is my view. DYODD.
The half year earnings for FY2024 is $17.5 million (drop by 6.1%) compared to previous half year of $18.6 million. The revenue, $158.4 million is still growing at 1.9% which is the positive side. EPS is 1.41 cents. It has a strong net cash generated from operating activities of $40 million. It has a strong cash flow. The cash balance it holds is $89.4 million. The interim dividend payout is 1 cent per share.
worth keeping for stability sake?
