CGN Power plans to issue A-share convertible corporate bonds not exceeding RMB 4.9 billion.
CGN power (01816) announced that it plans to apply to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange to issue convertible corporate bonds of A shares not exceeding RMB 4.9 billion (including RMB 4.9 billion) to unspecified objects in China. The proposal to issue convertible corporate bonds of A shares is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the provisional general meeting and class general meeting, the issuance and listing audit of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and the registration of the China Securities Regulatory Commission. As of the date of this announcement, CGN holds 560 million H shares and 29.177 billion A shares of the company. CGN has the right of first refusal to subscribe to convertible corporate bonds of A shares and the right to waive this preference.
