GUOCO GROUP (00053) announced that on February 24, 2025, its wholly-owned subsidiary GLS signed a joint venture agreement with TIDR, Intrepid, and FWR (a joint venture established for this project) to develop the property according to the agreed joint venture proportions of GLS (50%), TIDR (40%), and Intrepid (10%).
