CSSHD and the group's Toyo Broadcasting Links have formed a business partnership with Vario Secure.
On the 25th, CSSHD <2304.T> announced that its group company, Toyo Media Links, has entered into a basic agreement for a business partnership with Variosystem <4494.T>. Through this partnership, not only the existing customers of Toyo Media Links but also customers utilizing the services of the group will benefit from the cutting-edge Cybersecurity technology possessed by Variosystem and the business security cameras and various solutions provided by Toyo Media Links, creating a more robust and comprehensive system.
In the first quarter, CSSHD experienced double-digit revenue and profit growth, with all segments' revenues and profits increasing steadily.
CSS Holdings <2304> announced its consolidated financial results for the first quarter of the fiscal year ending September 2025 on the 12th. Revenue increased by 17.4% year-on-year to 4.936 billion yen, operating profit rose by 73.9% to 0.233 billion yen, ordinary profit grew by 65.1% to 0.244 billion yen, and net profit attributable to shareholders increased by 43.1% to 0.151 billion yen. The revenue from the steward business was 2.413 billion yen, an increase of 13.9% year-on-year, and operating profit rose by 17.5.
