On the 17th, SBS Holdings <2384> announced that its subsidiary, SBS Logicom, received a joint commendation from the Kanagawa Prefectural Taxi Association, the Kanagawa Prefectural Bus Association, and the Kanagawa Prefectural Truck Association at the "2024 Business Vehicle Accident Prevention Contest." On the 9th, SBS Holdings <2384> announced that its group company SBS Logicom received the "Logistics Structure Reform Award" for its initiative in collaboration with two other companies. SBS Logicom, Japan Access, and Tokyu Store worked together to address issues related to the Logistics 2024 Problem and made fundamental revisions to the diagram. This initiative, which achieved simultaneous resolutions of multiple challenges, was recognized as a model project by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.

SBS Holdings <2384> announced on the 5th that its group company SBS Lear Logistics has signed a location agreement with the town of Mifune, Kumamoto Prefecture for the planned opening of the "Logistics Center Kumamoto (tentative name)" in April 2025. They participated in the signing ceremony held at the Kumamoto Prefectural Office on December 2. The "Logistics Center Kumamoto (tentative name)" is located in a new area where industrial and commercial facilities are developing in the Kumamoto metropolitan area, 8 minutes by car from Mifune Interchange and by car from Koike Takayama Interchange

On the 2nd, SBS Holdings <2384> announced that its group company SBS LogiCom and the Shimono, Kawasaki Freight Terminal, and Utsunomiya branches of SBS LogiCom Kanto, a subsidiary of SBS LogiCom, were honored as "Excellent Safety Facilities in the 6th year of Reiwa" by the Kanto Transport Bureau of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. This award system recognizes companies in the Kanto Transport Bureau area that operate general cargo transportation businesses and have made significant contributions to shippers and society through thorough safety measures over the years.
