Tia---Opened Jumokuso Seisu Shogonji in Kiyosu City, Aichi Prefecture.
Tier <2485> announced on the 27th that it will open the "Jukenso Kiyosu Shogonji" in Kiyosu City, Aichi Prefecture on October 5th. Jukenso Kiyosu Shogonji is located about a 14-minute walk from Meitetsu Nagoya Main Line Shinkiyosu Station, about 8 minutes by car from Nagoya Expressway Kiyosu Nishi IC, along the Ring Road 302. It was founded in the Kamakura period and is a historic temple of the Jodoshinshu Otani sect. Within the cemetery of Shogonji (construction area: 221 square meters), there are 52 tree burial plots (16 small plots, 36 regular plots), with parking for 26 autos available.

TIA <2485> announced on the 16th that it will open "TIA Yoshikawa" in Yoshikawa City, Saitama Prefecture on August 24, 2024. "TIA Yoshikawa" will be the fourth venue in Saitama Prefecture and the second venue as a family funeral hall. It is located at the Yoshikawa Koban Mae Intersection, where Route 52 and Route 67 intersect, a 17-minute walk from JR Musashino Yoshikawa Station. In addition to a family funeral hall with a capacity of about 30 people, it is equipped with a separate room for farewell with a capacity of 8 people. Also, two refrigerators for the deceased are available.

On the 14th, TEAR <2485> released its consolidated financial results for the third quarter of the FY2024 (October 2023 to June 2024). Revenue increased by 30.4% YoY to JPY 13.912 billion. Operating profit increased by 14.8% YoY to JPY 1.257 billion. Ordinary profit decreased by 1.8% YoY to JPY 1.072 billion. Net profit attributable to the parent company's shareholders for the quarter decreased by 7.9% YoY to JPY 0.672 billion. Funeral business revenue increased by 27.7% YoY to JPY 13.162 billion, and operating profit increased by 36.7% YoY to JPY 26.07 million.
