Sojitz will subscribe to the third-party allotment of shares conducted by Finland's Hycamite.
On the 9th, Sojitz Corporation announced that it has participated in a third-party share issuance conducted by Hycamite Technologies in Finland. The funds raised this time will be used for the operation and demonstration tests of the manufacturing demonstration facility (commercial-scale plant) that has been completed at the Kokkola Industrial Park in western Finland. This commercial-scale plant will have an annual production capacity of 2,000 tons, making it one of the largest in Europe according to Hycamite.

Sojitz is set to acquire 3 million 9900 shares (4.99% of total issued Shares, 5.00% on a voting rights basis) through the Trade.
