Multiple photovoltaic module battery industry insiders confirmed to the Star Daily reporter that they have participated in signing a self-discipline agreement. Among them, a photovoltaic enterprise executive disclosed: "More than 30 enterprises have signed the self-discipline agreement this time. According to the signed self-discipline agreement, production capacity will be controlled starting from next month, and each company has quotas."
The annual conference of the photovoltaic industry will be held. Analysts state that the price bottom of the industry has already been clarified.

On October 14th, Jinko Solar (300093.SZ) announced that the 51st meeting of the seventh board of directors and the 45th meeting of the seventh board of supervisors held on October 14, 2024 approved the "Proposal on Signing a Settlement Agreement and Implementing Debt Restructuring". It was agreed that the company, Suzhou Jinko, and Ouhao Group will sign a "Settlement Agreement" with Suzhou Jinzu and implement debt restructuring. After the debt restructuring is implemented, Suzhou Jinko will need to make staged payments to Suzhou Jinzu for a total of 33,537,904.00 yuan for interest, lease principal, and nominal purchase price. The company and Ouhao Group will continue to bear all the restructured debts.
