On March 4, GELONGHUI announced that DBG Technology (300735.SZ) plans to purchase 100% of the shares of AC Company and 0.003% of the shares of TIS Company from two trading partners, Hiwinglux S.A. and IEE International Electronics & Engineering S.A., for cash. TIS Company is a subsidiary of AC Company, which directly holds 99.997% of TIS Company. After the acquisition is completed, the company will control 100% of both AC Company and its holding subsidiary, TIS Company.
