On December 20, Gelonghui reported that Beijing Compass Technology Development (300803.SZ) announced that, according to the operational development needs of Maigao Securities, the company signed a supplementary agreement to the "Maigao Securities Co., Ltd. Capital Increase Agreement," to further increase Maigao Securities' capital by 0.2 billion yuan using self-raised funds. If this capital increase is completed, Maigao Securities' registered capital will change from 1 billion yuan to 1.2 billion yuan. In the fiscal year 2022, the company issued A-shares to specific entities; after the funds are in place, the scale of the company's replacement of earlier self-raised funds will reach 0.7 billion yuan.
