On December 9, Glonghui announced that Yuma Sunshade (300993.SZ) held the eighth interim meeting of its second board of directors on December 9, 2024, and reviewed and approved the proposal for external investment in the construction of a manufacturing base in Vietnam, agreeing to utilize its own funds to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary in Vietnam through its wholly-owned Singapore subsidiary Goldsun Holdings Pte. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'Singapore Company') and to implement investment in the construction of a functional sunshade new materials project (hereinafter referred to as 'Vietnam Manufacturing Base'), with a total investment not exceeding 40 million USD (including this amount).
