On February 28, Polaris Holdings <3010> announced that it has concluded a loan agreement with SAJP VI 3.0 LP (SAJP), which belongs to its parent company Star Asia. The company is acquiring shares of its subsidiary Red Planet Hotels Manila and is operating hotels under the Red Planet brand in the Philippines. The company had borrowed part of the funds for hotel construction from financial institutions in the Philippines.

These hotels are located in the Oshiage and Azumabashi areas and are expected to have high demand as bases for tourism and Business. Fino Hotels will brand these properties as "KOKO HOTEL.
