About Nanjing Railway New Technology Company

The company was founded in 1994. It was originally a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Southern Automobile Group Nanjing Puzhen Vehicle Factory. In 2006, the main and auxiliary components were separated and transformed into Nanjing Railwei New Technology Co., Ltd., and changed its name to Nanjing Railway New Technology Co., Ltd. in 2018, with a registered capital of 12 million yuan. The company was successfully listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM on June 30, 2021. The company is mainly engaged in R&D, manufacturing and sales of various types of rail vehicle body parts, electrical system parts and bogie parts. Main products: including body parts such as chassis composition, wall panel composition, car roof composition, driver's cab composition, etc., as well as electrical system components such as electric opening and closing mechanisms, battery online inspection systems, and bogie parts such as traction, braking, shock absorption and cushioning. The main products have been fully used in the field of railway traffic and urban rail transit, covering various types of rail vehicles with speeds of 60 km to 350 kilometers per hour. In recent years, it has successively won the third prize of the Nanjing Science and Technology Progress Award, Nanjing Gazelle Enterprise, Jiangsu Province Private Technology Enterprise, Jiangsu Province Private Technology Enterprise, “2021 Provincial Specialized, Special and New Little Giant Enterprise”, “Qualified Unit for Intellectual Property Management Performance Evaluation”, “Jiangsu Private Technology Enterprise”, and “Jiangsu Postdoctoral Innovation Practice Base”.
