On October 22, Gelonghui announced that Xinda New Materials (301349.SZ), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, has legally absorbed and merged another wholly-owned subsidiary, Dalian Xinde Carbon Material Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Xinde Carbon Materials"). After the completion of this merger, the independent legal status of Aoshenglong New Materials will be cancelled, and all rights and obligations, assets and liabilities, labor employment, business contracts, and all other rights and obligations will be legally inherited by Xinde Carbon Materials.
