On the 14th, Ichigo <2337> announced that it will transfer ownership of two hotels located in Hakata-ku, Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture to Ichigo Hotel REIT Investment Corporation <3463> (hereinafter "Ichigo Hotel"), which the company sponsors. In order to support the growth of Ichigo Hotel, the company has decided to transfer the two hotels that align with Ichigo Hotel's growth global strategy. Both hotels are located in Hakata-ku, Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture, and are expected to attract not only business demand but also leisure demand, including inbound tourism.
