Kyowa Kirin - The November 2022 high is becoming more conscious.
Since July, the rebound trend has been strong, and the previous week updated the highest level of the year since March. It is capturing the +3σ level of the weekly Bollinger Band, and although overheating is easily avoided, the buying interest in waiting for the pullback is strong amid the trend formation along with the expansion of the band. As a directional view, it is likely to gradually become conscious of the November 2022 high of 3515 yen. When it clears this level, the September 2021 high of 4240 yen will come into range.
The Nikkei average rebounded significantly and hit a record high in the afternoon with a one-step high after the buyback swelled.
On the 8th, the US stock market varied. The Dow fell by 31.08 dollars (-0.08%) to 39,344.79 dollars, Nasdaq rose by 50.98 points (+0.28%) to 18,403.74, and S&P 500 rose by 5.66 points (+0.10%) to 5,572.85 at the end of trading. It rose on early expectations of a rate cut but subsequently fell wary of important inflation indicators and testimony from Powell, Chairman of the Federal Reserve Board scheduled for this week.
