Weiye Holdings (01570) announced that on October 15, 2024 (after the trading session of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong), the company has entered into a sale and purchase agreement with the relevant buyer. According to the agreement, the company agrees to sell, and buyers Zhang Wei, Zhuang Xin, and Henan Weiye Huisheng Lifestyle Services Co., Ltd. (i.e. Zhang Wei, Zhuang Xin, and Henan Weiye Huisheng Lifestyle Services Co., Ltd.) respectively agree to purchase 23.7 million shares, 16.2 million shares, and 32 million shares of common stock of the target company Eindec Group Ltd., with a total consideration of approximately 2.876 million Singapore dollars (representing approximately 66% of the total issued and fully paid capital of the target company.
