VCPlus Ltd is an investment holding company. It has three business segments: the FinTech Business segment, the Granite business segment, and Corporate & others. The FinTech Business segment includes the provision of advisory, consultancy and/or management services related to financial technology regulation and licensing as well as the adoption of financial technology strategies and technology. The granite business segment comprises exploration, mining, quarry extraction, processing and sale of granite products, and dimension stone granite as well as architectural stone and interior fit-out. The corporate & others segment includes investment holding companies as well as business and management consulting services.
