■ Company Overview 1. Company History Trade Works <3997> was established in 1999 by the current Representative Director and Chairman, Mr. Katsuhiro Asami, with the aim of developing securities company systems. Originally, Mr. Asami was involved in consulting services for financial network systems as an engineer at a foreign IT company, but in the early 1990s, domestic securities trading systems in Japan were significantly behind those in the USA. Therefore, Mr. Asami aimed to popularize advanced securities trading systems domestically.
