The performance for the July-September quarter reflects the slowdown in the growth of skincare in Japan, increased cost rates, advertising and publicity expenses, and research and development costs, with a potential decrease in profit margins and valuations in the near term. For the fiscal year ending March 2025, the operating profit is expected to be 40.5 billion yen, lower than the consensus of 44.3 billion yen.
