Announcement of clinical results regarding physician-led Phase I trial of NANO MRNA-PRDM14 (siRNA).
On June 24, 2024, at the 28th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society for Cancer Targeted Therapy held from June 19 to 21, NANO MRNA <4571> announced that Dr. Shunji Takahashi, Director of the Department of Comprehensive Oncology at the Cancer Institute Hospital of the Japanese Foundation for Cancer Research, reported the clinical results of physician-led trials on PRDM14 (siRNA), NANO MRNA's pipeline. Ten patients with HER2-negative metastatic breast cancer were given PRDM14 siRNA/YBC polymer complexes.
