$SAPRES (4596.MY)$ An occupany rate of 94% has been achieved for Permata Sapura, an A-class building within KLCC park but shareholders won’t be able to see the results until 2nd Quarter of 2025.  Reason being 3 to 8 months of rent-free period being granted to tenants as part of incentive to boost the occupany rate.
Key catalyst will be the selling of Permata Sapura to KLCC reit to recycle the money.
