This is a war of hearts and minds. The company has a bad reputation and perception.
I can see the company is trying to win the hearts and minds of customers by doing a lot of promotions, road shows, online ads, being relevant to the younger people etc.
I think the cost of sales was high due to the company spending a lot of money to diversify the business i.e. POS shop, POS fulfil, POS aviation, POS logistics, POS digicert, Gold pawnshop etc.
Pos Malaysia won't be bankrupt, just ...
