Rakuten --- Investment ratings have been upgraded domestically.
It seems that SMBC Nikko has upgraded its investment evaluation from "2" to "1". The Target Price remains at 1,100 yen. Performance is steadily recovering after overcoming the worst phase for mobile. It appears that a stronger improvement in Rakuten Mobile's earnings is necessary for further increases in stock prices. Additionally, as voicemail and call-waiting services have been made paid, there may be potential for ARPU improvement through the expansion of Single Option fees. The utilization rate of voicemail is unknown, so it has not yet been factored into Financial Estimates, but it has been noted as a point of interest.
