$KLCC (5235SS.MY)$ Have you guys seen what KLCC is building next to the mosque at the park? Another mall extension which will connect to the main Suria KLCC mall. it is a sure goldmine for KLCC i reckon. This will expand their lettable rental per sqft income once it is completed. Who wouldn’t want to set up shop next to Petronas Twin Tower? It will add another more millions and millions of rental revenue later on! current price is not reflecting the potential of this future cash cow.
