JjTern : They just had their July dividend payout, I don't think so there will be any in September. Further more if you look at it, they didn't do any dividend payout on 2022. EWINT is not a REIT option but a stock option. They are a construction company which also have projects in UK and AU.
As far as i know EcoWorld do not have a shopping mall or owns hospitals where they can generate rental income, their income mostly is on sales of their residential properties so they are not a REIT option.
