Azam Jaya Bhd is an investment holding company and through its subsidiaries, it is involved in the provision of construction services. The company is mainly involved in the construction of road infrastructure in the State of Sabah and has  participated in mainly road, highway, bridge, flyover and tunnel construction projects. The group is engaged in two business segments: Construction which include Infrastructure development and construction. Property development which include Industrial park development. Key revenue is generated from Construction segment.
